The most awaited movie of 2014, Ninnindale has finally hit the theatres and Puneet the star is back once again retains the lover boy image he had portrayed in movies like Milana and Paramathma. Vicky alias Vicky Venkatesh (Puneeth) is a happy go lucky guy who lives in New York with his family. The family is one among the richest kannada families living in the city.

Vicky who has been brought up in a very affectionate manner is someone who has a positive approach loves new challenges in life. His life revolves around his three best friends (Alok Babu, Vinayak Joshi and Sonia Deepthi), his family and thrilling adventures. He meets Pramila (Erica) unexpectedly and happens to drop her at an interview and eventually they become good friends.

It does not take much time for Pramila to discover that she is in love with Vicky. She puts forward her feelings to Vicky who has a different approach towards love and life. Will Pramila’s love be accepted by Vicky or will she be married to someone else has to be seen in the climax. The adventures of Puneeth as Vicky Venkatesh is the biggest highlight of the film.

From sky-diving, going down the belly of a helicopter in mid-flight, suspended on a car 400 feet above the ground are some of the stunts that give a chill and thrilling experience. Erica as Parimala also does two of these stunts. Apart from the stunts, it is the magical chemistry between Puneeth and Erica that interests audience.

They look a great pair and when the dance, interact and move together they make for a visual treat. The are present in almost every scene if the film. The film is not just about love bit also friendship. Jayanth Paranji who has given several Telugu super hit movies, has a story to be told in a very classy manner in Sandalwood.

Though the X-factor of the movie misses its charm in the second half, the entire package has been dealt smoothly. Mani Sharma’s music has few numbers which are worth humming. On the whole, Puneeth's Ninnindale a good entertainer.
