RS Infotainment Eldred Kumar presents “Viduthalai Part 1”, directed by Vetrimaaran, which features Soori as the content-driven protagonist and Vijay Sethupathi as Vaathiyar. With Red Giant Movies releasing the film all over Tamil Nadu on March 31, 2023, actress Bhavani Sre looks elated for having got a greater opportunity to work with big names in the industry.

Actress Bhavani Sre says, “I play a tribal girl developing a special bond with a police constable, who comes to the village for a task. Working with Vetrimaaran sir is a long-run dream for any actor, and I am no exception. I am so glad that it happened with my second film. I am still overwhelmed with the same excitement that I experienced while getting on board for this project. He is an unparalleled filmmaker, who has a penchant liking for unique stories, and the way he creates his characters is phenomenal. Apart from being a great filmmaker, he is a good human. While we shot the film inside the thick forests, he wanted to make sure that not even a single plant or insect is disturbed. It was a great learning experience for me. His sheer craftsmanship in adorning his characters with emotions is beyond brilliance. Soori sir has delivered an outstanding performance in this film. His transformation from a comedian into a serious protagonist is going to garner appreciation for him.”

Sharing about her unforgettable experience of shooting amidst the thick forests, actress Bhavani adds, “The entire filming process itself is unforgettable. I am a novice to this ambiance of forests, and it gave me a meditative experience. It gifted me a relaxing and soothing experience that remains unfading in me.”

With the fan base count already spiking up, actress Bhavani underplays stating, “I am completely unsure if this is true, but I am glad to receive appreciation for my presence in both the songs. All credit goes to Maestro Isaignani Ilaiyaraaja sir, who has beautified the film with amazing songs.” Hailing from a family of musical geniuses, did Bhavani have any desire to croon a song in Viduthalai? Ask her and she immediately responds smilingly, “Not at all! I am the ‘ODD ONE’ in my family. Despite my family members insisting on me, I didn’t pursue the musical training properly. Even Ilaiyaraaja sir asked if I can render a song, and I confessed that I am not such a great singer.”

Summing up her excitement over the film’s release, she says, “I haven’t seen the entire film yet, but the others from the crew are very happy with the final output. I am excited to watch the movie along with audiences in the theaters.” She winds up saying, “Tamil cinema is very beautiful as the audiences respect good content. They are good thinkers, and always look beyond entertainment in a movie, and appreciate them.”
