Mohanlal in Prithviraj's directorial debut 'Lucifer'

Prithviraj is leading actor in Malayalam industry. He is also a prominent actor in Tamil, Telugu and Bollywood industry. He made his debut in Tamil cinema with Kana kanden. Prithviraj being a actor singer producer has now taken the avatar of Director.

His first directorial venture is “ Lucifer “ stars Mohanlal in the lead lead role. Mohanlal also known for his Tamil performances in Thalapathy Vijay’s Jilla, has also acted in Suriya’s Kaapaan.

Mohanlal also produces the film under Asirvad cinemas. Manju Warrier plays the female lead in the film. The film also stars Vivek Oberoi, Tovino Thomas, Indrajith, John Vijay, Suresh Menon and Kalabhavan Shajohn in pivotal roles. Prithviraj will be seen doing a cameo role in this film.

Murali Gopi has written the Story and screenplay for the movie and RP Balu who penned the dialogues for Pulimurugan will be penning the dialogues for this film as well. Sujith Vasudev will be doing cinematography for this film. Deepak Dev who scored for Sadhu Miranda in tamil will be composing music for this film and Samjeeth Mohammed will be doing the editing.

The film will be releasing in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi simultaneously. Touted to be a political thriller, the film speaks about Politics within the state and Indian politics. The film was shot locations such as Trivandrum, Kochin, Mumbai, Lakshwadeep Island, France and Russia and is nearing completion.
