The actor’s consistent success rate keeps increasing the expectations for these upcoming projects across the trade circle. The visual promos of his forthcoming film ‘Raththam’, scheduled for worldwide theatrical release on October 6, have created higher anticipation for its riveting presentation. On the counterpart, it’s indeed a surprise for the Tamil film buffs, who have experienced irresistible laughter-riot with CS Amudhan’s previous films ‘Tamizh Padam’ & ‘Tamizh Padam 2’. Ask him and he says, “I have known CS Amudhan's proficiency in storytelling for years. Although he is famous for his spoof-based movies, he has expertise in crafting stories from different stories. When he narrated to me the gist of ‘Raththam’, it was so convincing, and his narrative was so easy to visualize. I was confident that it would be a different movie in my career, and it had so many elements to engross the universal crowd. And now, looking at the final output, I feel satisfied and elated for not missing this project.”

Sharing his thoughts about other characters in this film, Vijay Antony adds, “Every character in this film has powerful significance, and the entire story is driven by them. ‘Raththam’ is written and directed by C.S. Amudhan and was produced by Kamal Bohra, D. Lalithaa, B. Pradeep & Pankaj Bohra of Infiniti Film Ventures. Kannan Narayanan is composing the music, Gopi Amarnath is handling the cinematography and Editing by T.S. Suresh.
