Co-actor Divya Bhatnagar's demise due to COVID-19

Television actor Divya Bhatnagar, 34, passed away on Monday, December 7 due to COVID-19. The actress was battling with the virus for a really long time and was in a critical condition. Many television actors expressed shock over her demise and Hina Khan, with whom the late actress had worked in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, is also taken aback.
Hina, who has recently returned from her trip to Maldives, was shocked to learn about Divya's sudden death. She shared a post by Divya Bhatnagar on her Instagram story and wrote: "Notice it, she says in her caption. This girl was Gold, full of life, such a beautiful person and a brilliant actor.. your sparkling eyes Divya.. you will be missed love.. your madness will be missed...We love you Gurl.. Rest in Peace. Praying for your peaceful passing. My condolences to your family and friends.."
Divya was hospitalised after contracting Covid-19 and was in a serious condition. Her oxygen level had dropped to 71. Her mother had informed BT that her daughter was on ventilator and her condition was critical.
Reports stated that Divya Bhatnagar's husband Gagan, an artiste manager by profession, had abandoned Divya. Reportedly, the late actor's mother also accused him of being a "fraud," and mentioned that her daughter was receiving help from the production house of 'Tera Yaar Hoon Main'. Divya was a part of that show.
Apart from Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Divya had featured in series like Vish, Udaan and Jeet Gayi Toh Piyaa Morre.
